About Me

I started designing websites as a hobby in 6th form and started a job as a web site designer a few months after leaving 6th form.

After about a year and a half, I decided to go to University to further develop my skills. A Business IT course at Coventry University improved and rounded my presentation and business skills.

My first job post graduation was working for a company called 4MAT in London. They specialise in recruitment websites and I worked as a Search Engine Optimisation consultant to improve these websites.

The fun of working in London wore off and I decided my future was outside of the capital. The next role was at Thomas Cook as SEO manager. I had a great time here and made lots of friends. I really enjoyed my role here and did some great work to improve the Thomas Cook websites.

I was headhunted for a role at Infoterra/Astrium while at Thomas Cook. As it was based in Leicester, I choose to accept the role because Leicester is my home city. I have been at Infoterra ever since.
